Item was shipped promptly and any questions were answered by an individual. The angle drill we received is great for what we do. We are very pleased.
Using American-made tools feels good to me as well. Yes, it is a little on the heavy side, but it is built to take the punishment of a demanding job. Owned it for 2 months, have drilled a lot of joist holes. Coupled with an auger bit, you can wire a house in short order. You wouldn't want a tool that wears out before you do.
The reconditioned drill arrived quickly and was impossible to tell from a new product. This was a great transaction. It was a great value and I'll check these guys out first for my next tool purchase.
